Applied Corporate Governance
Applied Corporate Governance
Founded in 2009 by father and son team, Nigel and Arthur Kendall, Applied Corporate Governance exists to change the way organisations are directed and controlled. From its origins in a 1998 book, Real-World Corporate Governance, a programme for profit-enhancing stewardship, published by the FT group, we offer opinion, insight and training to existing and aspiring directors, company secretaries and governance advisers. Our unique stakeholder-based methodology would have prevented, or at least helped warn of, many of the world’s biggest failures. After almost 30 years and combined decades of assessing boards, we continue to seek and support a more sustainable approach to the management and supervision of businesses, nonprofits and governmental organisations.
