Your payment has gone through and your purchase is ready. Here’s what happens next.
1. Your receipt
Stripe will email your receipt to the address you used at checkout. Keep it for your records.
2. Your documents
Everything you buy from us lives in your ACG portal, where you can view and download it at any time. Sign in with the same email address you used at checkout. We’ll send you a secure sign-in link, so there’s no password to remember. You can also sign in with Google or Apple if that account uses the same address.
If you bought the NED Starter Pack, you’ll find every item in it grouped together under the Pack. If you bought the NED Readiness Report, it’s prepared from your assessment answers and appears under “Your personalised reports”, usually within a few minutes.
3. Always the latest version
We update our guides and case studies as governance practice and regulation change. Your portal always gives you the current version of everything you own, at no extra cost.
Can’t see your purchase?
- Check you’re signed in with the email address you used at checkout.
- Allow a few minutes, particularly for a personalised report.
- If the sign-in link hasn’t arrived, check your spam or promotions folder.
